Hidden Power is a dragon-type move according to the icon (I have a Porygon2)

Actually Hidden power can be all type.... My Starmie got dragon, and another one got Fire type.

I got Hidden Power on my Suicune, how is this possible? It also says it's a bug move

Hidden power can be any type other than normal and fairy for some reason in pokemon go. also I have herd that you can learn another type of hidden power on the same pokemon with TMs.

I just tried to get fairy hidden power on Togetic but every time I switched from extrasensory it came up fire type hidden power 3x in a row. I used 6 fast TMs

I have a Suicune with it as a Water-type move

If it goes according to the main game, your Hidden Power type should be set according to your pokemon's IVs. Namely, my 2 Porygon 2s, Togepis and Starmies with it go like this:
Starmie : at15 df13 hp15 Hidden Power Electric
Porygon 2: at15 df15 hp13 Hidden Power Fire
Porygon : at12 df14 hp15 Hidden Power Electric
Togepi : at12 df14 hp13 Hidden Power Dragon

I'll try to get a friend's pokemon's Hidden Power to get more info.
So basically, a pokemon supposedly can only get one Hidden Power as it's IV related.

If Hidden Power works like in the main game it's type should be defined by your pokemon's IV stats.
If this holds for Pokemon Go, then any pokemon's Hidden Power type is bound to it by them.
I'll post my Hidden Power pokemon and IVs that I got as example:
Starmie: at15 df13 hp15 -> HP Electric
Porygon 2: at15 df15 hp13 -> HP Fire
Porygon: at12 df14 hp15 -> HP Electric
Togepi: at12 df14 hp13 -> HP Dragon

I'll try to get a friend of mine's pokemon for more data.

What if it’s a 15/15/15 Suicune? Got one from a raid today and it has Ice Hidden Power.
