With it's 25% crit, actual DPS is 30.94
Psyduck actually gets the STAB too for some reason, just tested it with 5 of my friends, it is consistent
the data for critical hits exist, as all moves internally have a parameter for critical hit chances, though it's the majority of charge moves that have a non-zero value for critical hit chance.
however the actual critical hit mechanic is either incomplete or inactive, so they never happen, but an update can easily make it functional if niantic hasn't abandoned the mechanic.
Cross Chop is actually a split move now, energy per use is actually -50, it is a double bar move.
