Stat-wise, yes, it's #1, and holy hell, that CP score is crazy high, second only to Mewtwo and max being almost 1k more than the #3 CP, Tyranitar. However, the fact that it can only ever have 1 of its moves (at a time) enjoy STAB, it kinda takes the wind out from its wings, whereas Tyranitar at #2 overall spot can have both its fast and charge moves utilize STAB.

Am I missing something here? In 4.2 seconds of gameplay, fireblast will do 140(1.25)=175 damage with STAB.. In 2 seconds of gameplay bravebird will do 90(1.25)=112.5 damage with STAB.. I understand how damage per second is better but, it's not like you can just keep using charge moves back to back.. you have to resort to fast moves.. So in 4.2 seconds of gameplay you would either use one fireblast with 175 damage or, in 4.4 seconds use one bravebird and three steel wings for 112.5+11(3)=145.5 damage.. Fireblast clearly wins. However, the three fast attacks will charge another bravebird faster and some calculus will show which move is better with x amount of time. I just think this method is too simple

Ho-Oh is finally here. I wish I could say I was the first to capture a 100% IV specimen, but it turns out many people are sharing their 100% Ho-Ohs on Twitter, so I highly doubt I’m the first... but it’s still awesome! Steel Wing and Brave Bird FTW!

I agree that fire blast is better, unless the fight lasts long enough for enough brave birds to be activated. Else, fire blast will be my most recommended charged move.

After having done literally hundreds of raids, Niantic FINALLY offered me a perfect IV Legendary to catch, in my case it was Ho-oh. And I caught it, feeling so blessed right now.
