I hatched a Stantler from a 5k egg. Its moves are Zen headbutt- 12 and Wild Charge (electric) 2x- 90.

Hatched one from a 5k egg. Zen Headbutt and Megahorn. 1094 cp, 95 hp. Decent, I suppose.

Got a CP1136 from egg. Perfect IV. If only it were as strong as snorlax lol

wild charge is actually the charge move you want, it's only .4 slower than megahorn but only needs half of megahorn's energy for an attack of the same damage.
firing 2 wild charges from 100% energy is roughly equivalent to an electric type solar beam (90*2=180).
stomp, even with stab is underpowered, but still better than megahorn.
